I am not a licensed clinician or social worker. My approach focuses on relational paths to depathologization, mending intrapersonal attachment wounds, and creating resources to act as counterweights to undesired ways of being. I believe we already have the ability to find our own ways to what we believe is wholeness—we just need a little, or a lot, of help sometimes.
